Role Overview
The Open Enrollment Program Lead supports and coordinates Everblue’s open enrollment training portfolio. This role blends instructor leadership, market development support, and program coordination to ensure open enrollment offerings are well-designed, well-supported, and responsive to industry demand.
This position requires relevant industry exposure or transferable experience, comfort working within regulated or standard-driven environments, and the ability to confidently facilitate and deliver instructor-led learning. The ideal candidate is adaptable, collaborative, and forward-looking, not rigid or tied to legacy approaches.
Key Responsibilities
Open Enrollment Program Leadership
- Support the planning and execution of open enrollment training programs nationwide
- Coordinate across instructors, sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Help shape and refine offerings based on market demand and regulatory requirements
- Ensure consistent, high-quality learner experiences across regions and formats
Sales & Market Development Support
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to support enrollment growth
- Provide industry insight to align offerings with contractor and practitioner needs
- Support outreach and relationship-building with instructors and regional partners
- Assist in identifying new geographic markets and opportunities for open enrollment programs
Instructor & Facilitation Support
- Support a distributed instructor network
- Serve as an instructor or co-facilitator when needed
- Assist with instructor readiness, scheduling, and delivery coordination
- Reinforce consistent instructional standards and learner outcomes
Delivery Formats
- In-person, live virtual, and asynchronous open enrollment training
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant industry exposure or transferable experience in energy, construction, or regulated environments
- Comfort working within standards-driven or compliance-oriented settings
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, and instructional teams
- Comfort facilitating instructor-led learning (prior teaching experience helpful but not required)
- Adaptability in an evolving role with changing requirements
- Willingness to travel as needed
