Role Overview
Everblue is seeking a full-time Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Specialist who can deliver high-quality design while also supporting core digital marketing functions. This role was created to expand beyond traditional graphic design — we need someone who is highly responsive, detail-oriented, and capable of producing polished creative work with minimal iteration, while also contributing to web design, landing pages, email campaigns, and PPC efforts.
This hybrid role is ideal for someone who can think both creatively and strategically, elevating our brand across print, digital, and web channels. Because our design needs alone don’t fill a full 40-hour workload, we are specifically looking for a candidate who also brings digital marketing capabilities such as PPC expertise, basic SEO understanding, social content production, and email layout/design.
Responsibilities
Graphic Design (Primary)
- Design engaging visual assets for print and digital channels (flyers, postcards, ads, social media graphics, infographics, etc.)
- Create and maintain branded presentation templates and slide decks for internal and external use
- Design web and landing page graphics, icons, and supporting visuals (no coding required)
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all design deliverables
- Prepare final design files for print and digital distribution
- Manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Web & Landing Page Design
- Create layouts, wireframes, and visual assets for websites and landing pages
- Design graphics, icons, and page elements that improve user experience and conversion
- Support development of new program sites and BD landing pages
- Assist with light website updates (WordPress/Webflow — no heavy development required)
Digital Marketing Support
- Design creative assets for PPC campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Support SEO-informed content updates and page structure improvements
- Collaborate with marketing to execute multi-channel campaigns that support lead generation and user journey alignment
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or a hybrid creative role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality, strategic design across multiple formats
- Proven ability to produce clean, intentional, and detail-oriented creative work
- Highly responsive, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple projects
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma
- Experience designing for websites and landing pages
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting PPC campaigns (ad assets, visual variations, A/B test creative, etc.)
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Drip, HubSpot)
- Knowledge of basic SEO (metadata best practices, on-page structure, etc.)
- Experience with WordPress or Webflow
- Experience in fast-paced small business or agency environments
